目的 研究神经根脉冲射频治疗急性带状疱疹的疗效。方法 55例急性带状疱疹患者，随机分为神经根脉冲射频治疗组（n=28）、对照组（n=27）。对照组常规治疗为口服镇痛、抗病毒药物；神经根脉冲射频治疗组为在常规治疗的基础上予以一次相应节段的神经根脉冲射频治疗。观察治疗1、4、7 d及6个月后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）和患者后遗神经痛的发生率。结果 脉冲射频治疗组以上各时间点的VAS均低于对照组(P＜0.05)，后遗神经痛的发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用神经根脉冲射频治疗急性带状疱疹可减轻疼痛症状，减少后遗神经痛的发生率，获得更好疗效。
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of pulsed radiofrequency treatment of nerve root for acute herpes zoster. Methods This study is a prospective randomized controlled trial.Fifty-five patients，were recruited and randomly distributed into trial group(28 cases, treated with pulsed radiofrequency treatment of nerve root of corresponding segment for one time,oral analgesic drug and antiviral drug) and control group(27 cases, treated with oral analgesic drug and antiviral drug). Results There were significant difference in incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia(P＜0.05). Visual analog pain score of one day,four days,seven days and half a year later(P＜0.05). Conclusions Pulsed radiofrequency treatment of nerve root with conventional drug therapy improves clinical effect on the patients with acute zoster.
