目的 探讨四川高原地区不同海拔血常规各项指标的差异性及高原红细胞增多症的发病率。方法 抽取乐山、康定、甘孜、石渠等4个海拔高度的成年男性标本,检测血常规中白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、血小板(PLT)等8项指标;分析各组血常规指标之间是否有统计学差异,分析甘孜、石渠地区红细胞增多症发病率的差异。结果 不同海拔高度之间,除外MCV、MCHC,其他血常规指标均有统计学差异;甘孜、石渠地区红细胞增多症发病率有统计学差异。结论 高原藏区血常规各项参数的参考范围应依据当地情况建立;应加强对3000 m以上地区人员高原红细胞增多症的防治。
Abstract
Objective To study the differences of blood routine and polycythemia prevalence among four areas of different altitude in Sichuan. Methods (1)The subjects were divided into four groups according to altitude. (2) Eight parameters of blood routine of each group were detected. (3) The blood routine parameters were analyzed for statistically significant difference among the four groups and the polycythemia rate between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Results There were significant differences in WBC,RBC, Hb, PLT etc. among the four groups. There was significant difference in the prevalence of polycythemia between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Conclusions The reference range of blood routine should be established according to different attitudes. Protective measures should be taken to prevent altitude sickness at high altitudes.
