目的 设计一款医用脚踏式吸引器,用于野战医疗伤员救治。方法 采用活塞式吸排空气的方式产生负压,合理选择和设计脚踏式负压吸引器的材料和结构。结果 通过6组10次/组的实验测量表明,脚踏式负压吸引器能在吸管端口产生负压,起着负压吸引作用,其负压值随着抽吸次数的增加而增大,且脚踏式负压吸引器的密闭性好,不费力气就能产生很好的负压效果。结论 该脚踏式吸引器无需电源,省力易操作,易于携行,完全能够满足野战急救队负压吸引的要求。
Abstract
Objective To design a pedaled negative-pressure aspirator in order to meet the needs of treating the wounded in the field operations. Methods The air is sucked in and expelled by a piston-type device to generate negative pressure. Its materials and structure were reasonably chosen and designed. Results Experimental measurements showed that the pedaled negative-pressure aspirator can generate negative pressure in straw port, which has a suction effect, and the negative pressure value increases with increasing suction time. The pedal type negative pressure aspirator has good hermeticity, and it is easy to produce good effect of negative pressure. Conclusions The aspirator is of small size and low weight, thus convenient to carry and use. When used in the field, it offers a satisfactory effect in the first aid.
