新的生物标记物在脓毒症诊断中的价值

摘要

脓毒症是指由感染引起的全身炎性反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome, SIRS),病情进展迅速,甚至在较短时间内继发多脏器功能障碍而危及患者生命,且具有发病率高、病死率高及治疗耗资巨大的特点。虽然近些年来医学科学有了很大的进步,但是,据世界卫生组织估计,脓毒症造成的总死亡人数仍会持续上升,全球每天约有1400人死于脓毒症,高于急性心肌梗死、肺癌或乳腺癌致死人数。鉴于脓毒症具有病情发展快、进展迅速和病死率高的特点,寻找能够早期明确诊断、准确判断疾病严重程度和对疾病预后进行预判的临床生物标记物(Biomarkers)是临床医学的研究重点之一。
