急性结肠假性梗阻（acute colonic pseudo-obstruction,ACPO）是临床上一组表现为右半结肠急性巨大扩张,类似机械性肠梗阻,但找不到明确梗阻部位的存在,伴随肠道排空障碍十分明显的独特类型的功能性结肠梗阻。首先提及本病的是Ogilvie,1948年在对2例晚期腹腔肿瘤患者观察中发现患者盲肠及右半结肠巨大扩张,他认为这与肿瘤浸润腹腔神经节导致交感神经功能受抑制失去对肠管运动的调控有关,故本病又称做“Ogilvie综合征”［1,2］。笔者就10例人工髋膝关节置换术后并发ACPO的临床病例进行回顾性分析。
