头孢菌素类药物因其种类多,价格适宜,不良反应少,抗感染效果好等优点,被广泛应用于治疗敏感菌所致的感染。头孢类药物在应用中,只有头孢唑林钠须使用前做皮肤过敏试验（简称皮试）,其他头孢菌素类药物是否需要皮试,皮试液浓度及如何配置等,未见统一的要求及标准。而因使用头孢菌素类药物发生过敏性休克致死的报道屡见不鲜。我科2009-02至2009-06 共行426 例头孢类药物皮试,笔者对其结果进行分析。
