目的研究西安地区离退休军人慢性病患病情况及其生活质量现况,分析老年性疾病与生活质量的关系。方法采用分层、整群抽样的方法,对西安地区225名离退休军人进行体格检查和使用简明健康测量量表(中文版)进行问卷调查,体检结果和问卷结果统一录入excel数据库,SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果225名离退休军人中慢性病患病率达100%,同时患两种病及以上的占94.6%。该人群中生活质量“良”的为33.3%、“中”的为55.5%、“差”的为11.2%,慢性病对生活质量的影响显著。结论离退休军人人群的生活质量受到各种疾病的影响,有必要采取综合措施来改善他们的整体健康水平,促进离退休军人生活质量不断提高。

Objective To study the present situation of the chronic diseases and quality of life in the veteran retirees in Xi’an. Methods Stratified sampling method was employed and, 225 veteran retirees were enrolled and proceeded with physical examination. They were also surveyed with standard questionnaire of SF-36. Results In the study, 100% veteran retirees have chronic diseases and 94.6% of veteran retirees have more than one chronic disease. According to the estimation of life quality offered by SF-36 model, the population with good, middle and poor quality of life accounted for 33.3%, 55.5%, and 11.2%, respectively. Most chronic diseases have influence on the quality of life, and the quality of life in the elderly can affect the occurrence, development and outcome of the diseases. Conclusions Many diseases have effect on quality of life in the veteran retirees. It is necessary to take comprehensive measures for improving their overall health situation.
