目的观察钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的疗效。方法106例掌跖角化性湿疹随机分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组外用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏，1次/d;对照组外用卤米松乳膏，2次/d。两组均治疗6周，随访2个月观察有效率。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为77.8%和57.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，复发率分别为14.8%和36.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹疗效显著，复发率低。

Objective To observe the effect of calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in treating palm-sole keratinizing eczema. Methods A controlled study was conducted and two groups of patients were randomly selected. The test group received calcipotriol betamethasone ointment (once a day), while the control group received halometasone ointment (twice a day). Both groups were treated for 6 weeks and followed up for two months. The patients’ recurrence rates were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.8% vs 57.7%, P<0.05), while the recurrent rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than of the control group (14.8% vs 36.5%, P<0.05). Conclusion Calcipotriol betamethasone ointment is effective in treating palm-sole keratinizing eczema, and produces lower recurrence rate.
