摘要
目的对与2型糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy,DN)患者肾功能相关的18种临床指标进行主成分分析,探讨较为优越的评价指标。方法收集DN患者171例,对18项临床指标进行变异和相关分析后,优选SCr、BUN、B-β2-MG、U-β2-MG、U-Alb、U-IgG、U-α1-MG、UA、GFR等9个指标,综合SAS统计软件,进行主成分分析。结果以特征值大于1为原则,可以提取3个主成分,其特征根分别为3.557、1.403、1.007,累计方差贡献率为66.29%。如果要求累计方差贡献率达到85%以上,则需再增加3个主成分,累计贡献率可达到89.27%。结论在与2型糖尿病患者肾功能相关的9个临床指标中,这6个主成分可以反映大部分信息。从变异程度、相关性、对主成分的因子负荷等角度评价,SCr、BUN、U-IgG是2型糖尿病患者肾功能评估较为优越的评价指标。
Abstract
Objective To analyze 18 principal clinical indicators of renal function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN) and to explore a superior evaluation index. Methods 171 DN patients were recruited. Variation and correlation analysis of 18 clinical indexes was conducted, the SCr, BUN, B-beta 2-, U - beta 2-MG, MG, U-U-propagated, U-IgG alpha 1-MG, UA and GFR as nine optimal indicators were selected. Statistical software SAS was used for analysis of principal components. Results With eigenvalues greater than 1 as the principle, three principal components were extracted from the rootie 3.557, 1.403, and 1.007, respectively its the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.294%. Since the selected three principal components of the cumulative contribution rate had yet to reach more than 85%, 3 principal components were added, thereby the cumulative contribution rate reaching 89.274%. Conclusions Of nine clinical indicators, associated with renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes, the six principal components can reflect most of the information. Based on the degree of variation, correlation and factor loading of principal component evaluation, SCr, BUN, and U-IgG superior evaluation indexes for renal function evaluation in patients with type 2 diabetes.
