摘要

血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（angioimmunoblasticTcelllymphoma，AILT）是一种较少见的外周T细胞淋巴瘤，约占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的1%～2%，占外周T细胞淋巴瘤的15%～20%［1］。AILT临床表现复杂，主要为淋巴结肿大、发热、瘙痒及皮疹、贫血等症状，极易误诊。病程呈进行性发展，预后较差。我院近期对1例AILT患者进行营养治疗，取得较好效果。
