目的 观察妊娠期高血压患者胎盘组织中含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序(TSP)的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶-2(ADAMTS-2)及ADAMTS-7的表达情况，探讨其在妊娠期高血压疾病发生和发展中的作用。方法 收集2009-11至2011-07妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织60例作为观察组，并取同期正常妊娠患者胎盘组织40例作为对照组，采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中ADAMTS-2和ADAMTS-7的表达，用显微镜观察细胞染色阳性比例及强度。结果 观察组和对照组ADAMTS-2表达阳性率分别为81.7%、25.0%， ADAMTS-7表达阳性率分别为65%、95%，组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。与对照组相比，ADAMTS-2在妊娠期高血压疾病中表达增高;而ADAMTS-7在对照组中高表达，在观察组中表达相对较低。结论 妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织中ADAMTS-2表达增高，ADAMTS-7表达降低，两者的变化可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及病情发展密切相关。

Objective To study the placental tissues in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs (ADAMTS) family, including ADAMTS-2 and ADAMTS-7, to explore their role in hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods The placenta samples were collected from 60 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 40 normal patient women in this hospital between July 2011 and November 2009, using immunohistochemical detection to examine the positive expression of ADAMTS-2 and ADAMTS-7, using normal late pregnancy to control over the same period. A microscope was used to observe the scale and intensity of the staining positive cells. Results The expression rates of ADAMTS-2 in positive group and the control group were 80% and 25%, respectively; the positive rates of expression of ADAMTS-7 were 65% and 95%, respectively (P<0.01). The expression of ADAMTS-2 in hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy is mainly expressed in the cytosol, stromal and endothelial cells. It expressed stronger in interstitial fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and collagen fibers stain. But it expressed lower in normal group. The expression of ADAMTS-7 was significantly higher in the normal group, it mainly expressed in trophoblast cells and endothelial cells, located in the cytoplasm. It expressed lower in hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy group. Conclusions The increased expression of ADAMTS-2 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and the reduced expression of ADAMTS-7 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy may be closely associated with the onset and progression of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
