摘要

目的 研究雌激素受体(estrogen receptor, ER)和17β-羟类固醇脱氢酶1(17β-HSD1)在子宫内膜息肉( endometrial polyps, EPs)中的表达情况, 进一步从分子水平阐明EPs的发病机制。方法 选择EPs患者47例, 其中, 息肉组织作为病例组, 同一患者宫腔内远离息肉组织的正常内膜作为对照1组, 同时选择50例行宫腔镜检查的妇女的正常子宫内膜组织作为对照2组。采用免疫组织化学法检测ER和17β-HSD1在各组的表达情况并进行比较。结果 ER在EPs中表达的阳性率是80.9%, 17β-HSD1在EPs中表达的阳性率是76.6%, 二者在EPs中表达均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ER和17β-HSD1在EPs中的表达呈正相关(r=0.619, P<0.01)。结论 ER和17β-HSD1在EPs中的过度表达可能是EPs发生、发展的原因。

Abstract

Objective To study the expressions of ER and 17β-HSD1 in endometrial polyps, and to clarify the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps in molecular level. Methods Endometrial polyps from 47 patients were taken as the study group; at the same time, normal endometrial tissue far from endometrial polyps were taken from the same 47 patients as the control group 1 and normal endometria from 50 subjects were taken as the control group 2 who underwent hysteroscopy. Immunohistochemical examination was conducted to detect ER and 17β-HSD1 expressions which were compared between the groups. Results The positive expression rate of ER in polyps group was 80.9%, which was 76.6% for 17β-HSD1. The rates were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). The expressions of ER and 17β-HSD1 were related to the risk of endometrial polyps(r=0.619, P<0.01). Conclusions Excessive expressions of ER and 17β-HSD1 in premenopausal endometrial polyps may be the cause of occurrence and development of endometrial polyps.
