目的研究survivin蛋白和caspase-3蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法 收集宫颈鳞癌标本50例, 宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia , CIN)20例, 正常宫颈标本14例。应用免疫组化法检测survivin蛋白和caspase-3蛋白在上述三种宫颈组织中的表达。结果 survivin 、caspase-3蛋白在正常宫颈组织、CIN、宫颈鳞癌三种不同宫颈组织的表达中有明显差异(P<0.05)。survivin在临床分期晚, 病理分级高的宫颈鳞癌中表达增强;但caspase-3的表达越弱(P<0.05) 。survivin、caspase-3蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达呈负相关。结论 (1)survivin的阳性表达可作为宫颈恶变的预测指标;(2)survivin强阳性表达结合caspase-3的弱表达, 对预测宫颈鳞癌的不良预后有一定的意义

Objective To study the expression of a novel inhibitor gene of apoptosis survivin in cervical carcinoma and its association with the expression of caspase-3 protein. Methods Cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens of 50 cases, CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) in 20 cases, and normal cervical specimens of 14 cases were collected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of survivin protein and caspase-3 protein in the above three cervical tissues. Results 1.The positive expression rates of survivin and caspase-3 were significantly different in different cervical tissues(P<0.05). 2.The positive expression of survivin was associated with high tumor grade and clinical stage (P<0.05). The positive expression of caspase-3 was only associated with tumor grade (P<0.05).3.The expression of survivin was negatively correlated to the expression of caspase-3 protein in cervix cancer. (P<0.05). Conclusions 1. The positive expression of survivin as a predictor of cervical carcinogenesis. 2. Strong posivive expression of survivin expression combined with weak expression of caspase-3, predicts poor prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
