目的探讨2型糖尿病患者发生口腔假丝酵母菌感染的危险因素。方法 以2型糖尿病80例为研究对象, 调查统计其人口学资料、口腔卫生情况及口腔菌群感染情况, 使用Logistic回归分析各因素与发生口腔假丝酵母菌感染之间的相关性。结果 80例患者空腹血糖OR值为1.568(P<0.05), 有无牙石OR值为3.540(P<0.05), 口腔干燥OR值为3.879(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者高血糖、牙石及口腔干燥为发生口腔假丝酵母菌感染的危险因素。

Objective To analyze the oral candidal infection related risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to this hospital between January 2008 and July 2012 were enrolled into the present study. Data on demographic information, oral health and oral bacterial infection were collected and analysized, the correlationship between these factors and oral candidal infection was statastically analyzed by logistic regression method. Results OR values of fasting blood glucose, dental calculus and xerostomia, were 1.568 (P<0.05), 3.540(P<0.05), and 3.879(P<0.05), respectively. Conclusions High level of blood sugar and xerostomia are risk factors for oral candidal infections in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
