目的 对比四川高原地区锁骨肩峰端骨折运用微创经皮钢板内固定技术(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis, MIPPO)与传统张力带钢丝固定手术的临床疗效。方法 选择40例高原地区锁骨肩峰端骨折患者,随机分为MIPPO治疗组和张力带钢丝固定对照组,分析两组间疗效是否有统计学差异。结果 术后关节功能评定,MIPPO组优17例,良2例,差1例,优良率95.0%;对照组优9例,良8例,差3例,优良率85.0%,两组疗效整体比较,MIPPO组优于对照组(χ^{2_CMH=5.449,P=0.0196)。结论 高原地区MIPPO技术治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折,疗效确切,为治疗高原地区肩峰端骨折提供了新的思路。}

Objective To study the clinical contradistinction between two surgical Methods in treatment of plateau acromial end of clavicle fractures. Methods Forty patients with acromial end of clavicle fracture in platean,were divided at random into two groups: MIPPO treatment group and classic tension band wire control group. The efficacy was analyzed for statistically significant difference between the two groups. Results Assessment of shoulder function after operation: excellent 17cases, good 2 cases, poor 1 case, and excellent and good rate 95.0% in MIPPO therapy group . Excellent 9 cases, good 8 cases, poor 3 cases, and excellent and good rate 85.0% in traditional control group. There was significant difference in comparison of the two groups as a whole (χ^{2_CMH=5.449,P=0.0196).Conclusions The clinical application of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in treatment of plateau acromial end of clavicle fractures,is effective. This method provides a new idea in treatment of plateau acromial end of clavicle fractures.}
