摘要

目的探讨水激光治疗老年根面龋的优势。方法86例老年根面龋患者共98颗患牙,随机分为2组:实验组50颗采用水激光技术制洞,光敏复合体直接充填;对照组48颗采用传统涡轮机制洞、酸蚀、光敏复合体充填。观察两组治疗后6、12个月疗效。结果治疗6个月后,实验组充填物脱落2颗,继发龋1颗;对照组充填物脱落5颗,继发龋2颗,牙髓炎1颗。实验组成功率94.0%,对照组成功率83.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。治疗12个月后,实验组充填物失败5颗,对照组充填物失败12颗,包括继发龋、牙髓炎、根尖炎或出现明显缝隙。实验组成功率90.0%,高于对照组(75.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.25,P<0.05)。结论水激光治疗老年根面龋较传统方法有明显优势,充填体不易脱落。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the waterlase chemo-mechanical technique for the treatment of tooth caries in elderly patients. Methods According to the randomly sampling principle, a retrospective clinical data of our records of elderly patients with caries, were divided into two groups: 50 patients in treatment group A, treated with the waterlase chemo-mechanical method; and 48 patients in the control group B, treated with the conventional method.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6. Results Among the 50 cases in A group, two fillings fell off and one secondary caries occurred, with the curative rate of 90.0%. Among the 48 cases in B group, eight fillings fell off and four secondary caries occurred, with the curative rate of 75.0%. The difference between those of the treatment group and those of the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The waterlase chemo-mechanical technique for elderly patients is effective. The perspective in application is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
