目的观察消痰化瘀方治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)伴高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,HHcy)的疗效。方法将64例TIA伴HHcy患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加消痰化瘀方,观察两组疗效,并检测治疗前后血浆Hcy水平。结果治疗组临床总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(71.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第28天,治疗组血浆Hcy水平显著低于对照组[(13.04±1.41) μmol/L vs(17.27±1.47)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消痰化瘀方可降低血浆Hcy水平,治疗TIA伴Hhcy疗效明显。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiaotan Huayu formula in treatment of transient ischemic attack with hyper homocysteinemia (HHcy). Methods Sixty-four patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) with HHcy were randomly divided into in treatment group and control group,32 in each. The control group received routine drug treatment,while the treatment group received Xiaotan Huayu Formula on the basis of conventional drug treatment.Treatment effect in the two groups was observed, and plasma Hcy concentrations before and after treatment were detected. Results Clinical total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 93.75% and 71.88% ,respectively, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Dropped more sharply Hcy in treatment group than in the control group (13.04±1.41) vs (17.27±1.47); the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusions Xiaotan Huayu formula is an effective formula in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.
