根据骨折AO分型,B型及C型骨盆骨折主要涉及骨盆后环不稳,多伴有复合伤及血流动力学改变,属于严重的骨科损伤,病死率可高达5%[1]。经皮骶髂螺钉置入固定骨盆骨折手术中使用传统X线透视技术获取可视化图像已经成为国内外多数医院的操作标准,然而其存在着螺钉置入位置不良、重复钻孔置钉、固定不稳固及损伤神经血管等风险。目前,国内依靠2D导航系统经皮置入骶髂螺钉治疗骨盆后环骨折已经开展数年,但基于3D图像的导航和重建技术报道并不多见。我院创伤骨科于2009-03至2012-12采取3D导航经皮置入骶骨螺钉治疗B型及C型骨盆骨折患者18例,本研究旨在进一步探讨3D导航微创技术应用于骨盆骨折的适应证和操作规范,并对手术效果进行评价。
