腰背痛(low back pain,LBP)是一种职业相关性疾病,以背部疼痛为代表的一组症状群或症状综合征,人群中腰背痛发生率约85%[1]。目前,各职业人群腰痛的发病趋势并未得到根本缓解,甚至成为许多国家的第一职业病[2]。护士是腰痛的高危人群,有数据显示护士和辅助护士患腰背痛的危险性是其他职业女性的2.5倍[3],其腰痛的发病率能达到90%[4]。护士一旦发生腰痛不但损害其身心健康、影响临床护理工作质量,而且降低职业认同感、增加离职率,从而影响护理队伍的稳定与发展。实习护士是临床护士的预备役,本研究针对武警部队280名实习护士进行实习前后问卷调查,以了解实习护士在实习过程中腰痛的发生情况、原因,并提出相应的对策。
