目的 了解某民航学院学生听力下降的情况, 分析并探讨其影响因素。方法 回顾性分析某民航学院空管专业253名学生的职业健康检查资料的听力检测报告结果, 并进行统计分析。结果 听力损伤学生18名, 占受检人数7.11%, 其中高频听力损伤16名;语频听力损伤2名。不同性别间的听力损伤差异无统计学意义。发生听力损伤的危险性与年龄有关, 大四学生的听力损伤的危险性(OR=6.598, 95%CI:1.265~5.747)高于大三学生(OR=5.022, 95%CI:1.199~15.078)。结论 民航学院学生听力损伤以高频听力损伤为主, 随着年级和年龄增高, 听力损伤的比例增加。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the abnormal tympanomery in students of a civil aviation university. Methods Hearing screening by tympanomery was conducted in 253 students of a civil aviation university. Results The percentage of abnormal data was 7.11%(18/253). 16 students suffered from high-frequency hearing loss, two suffered from language frequency hearing loss. There was significant difference in abnormal data between grade three and grade four students[(OR=0.5022, 95%CI:1.199~15.078) vs (OR=6.598, 95%CI:1.265~5.747)].There was correlation between age and high-frequency hearing loss. Conclusions With the increase in age, the proportion of the high-frequency hearing loss increases gradually.
