目的 探讨大肠癌组织中组织因子(tissue factor,TF)和淋巴管形成之间的相关性。方法 收集2011-01至2012-01期间,我院手术切除的大肠癌病例及相应手术切除的原发灶石蜡块,采用免疫组化的方法,观察TF、podoplanin在肿瘤组织中的表达以及微淋巴管密度,比较TF阳性和阴性表达组之间微淋巴管密度的差别。结果 TF阳性表达组的微淋巴管计数(47.23±26.12)明显高于阴性表达组(36.77±21.56)。结论 大肠癌肿瘤细胞组织因子表达与肿瘤边缘微淋巴管密度之间高度相关,提示组织因子可能通过某种机制促进肿瘤淋巴管形成。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between tissue factor (TF) and lymphangiogenesis in colorectal cancer. Methods Operation records of resected colorectal cancer and corresponding paraffin block of resected primary tumors from 2011/1/1 to 2012/1/1 in this hospital were collected. By immunohistochemistry, the expression of TF, podoplanin in tumor tissues, and microlymphatic vessel density,were observed,and the microlymphatic vessel density between TF positive and negative expression groups. Results The microlymphatic vessel density in positive TF group(47.23±26.12). was higher than that in negative group(36.77±21.56). Conclusions There is high correlation between TF and microlymphatic vessel density in colorectal cancer.
