目的 对高效液相色谱法测定梓醇含量的测量不确定度进行分析,以找到影响不确定度的因素,为质量标准的制定提供科学依据。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定甘麦宁心胶囊中梓醇含量,评估不确定度。结果 标准不确定度为2.70%,含量为(1.17±0.063)mg/g。结论 本试验建立的不确定度评估方法适用于HPLC法测定梓醇含量的不确定度评定。

Objective To find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of catalpinoside by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement. Methods The Catalpinoside in Ganmainingxin Capsules was determined by HPLC. The causes and effects were simplified and uncertainty was appraised. Results The uncertainty result was 2.70% and the result of content was(1.17±0.063)mg/g. Conclusions The mathematic model established is suitable for uncertainty analysis of catalpinoside by HPLC.
