目的 观察盐酸米诺环素和化瘀祛斑胶囊联合用药治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法 将100例玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予盐酸米诺环素联用化瘀祛斑胶囊和盐酸米诺环素胶囊单用治疗,两者疗程6周。结果 治疗组有效率86%,对照组有效率为68%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组。结论 米诺环素联合化瘀祛斑胶囊治疗玫瑰痤疮安全性高,效果更好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of minocycline hydrochloride capsules combined with Huayuquban Capsules for rosacea. Methods 100 recruited patients were randomly divided into two groups , in which treatment group was administered with Huayuquban Capsules and minocycline hydrochloride capsules, while control group was simply treated by minocycline hydrochloride capsules. The time periods of therapy for both groups were 6 weeks. Results The total efficency rate in treatment group was 86% where as that in control group was 68%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions The curative effect and safety of treating rosacea by Huayuquban Capsules combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules was better than that of minocycline hydrochloride capsules only.
