目的 观察综合干预对武警某总队医院门诊抗菌药物应用的影响。方法 调取并分析该院门诊2010-08至2012-07抗菌药物各项数据,并对干预前后(2011-08开始干预)两个阶段抗菌药物的应用情况进行比较。结果 销售金额从194万元下降至141万元,下降27.36 %;DDDs 从12.3万下降至8.9万,下降27.31%;抗菌药物使用率由16.25%下降至10.83%;抗菌药物处方比例由26.5%下降至19.95%,不合理处方从8.90%下降至2.12%;抗菌药物不良反应从46.85%下降至22.22%;超权限处方从359张降至33张。结论 通过抗菌药物专项整治,实施综合干预措施,该院门诊抗菌药物应用逐渐趋于合理。
Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive interventions on the use of antibiotics in the outpatient department of an Armed Police Forces corps hospital. Methods The basic data of application of use of antibiotics in the outpatient department of hospital were retrievaled before (Aug, 2010 to July, 2011) and after intervention (Aug, 2011 to July, 2012); per capita cost, the proportion of antibiotics prescriptions and number of drug in both periods were searched retrospectively. Results The consumption sum of antibiotics in the outpatient department of corps hospital dropped from 1.9 million yuan before intervention to 1.4 million yuan, by 27.36%, the DDDS dropped from 123 thousand before intervention to 89 thousand after intervention, by 27.31%. The antibiotic use rate decreased from 16.25% to 10.83%; antimicrobial prescription proportion decreased from 26.5% to 19.95%, unreasonable prescriptions dropped from 8.9% to 2.12%; antibacterial drug adverse reactions from 46.85% down to 22.22%; the proportion of unauthorized priscriptions dropped from 359 to 33. Conclusions Through rectifications of use of antibiotics and implementation of comprehensive interventions, antibiotics is further more reasonable in outpatient department of corps hospital.
