摘要

目的 探讨嗜酸细胞性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(eosinophilic chronic sinusitis, ECRS)中嗅区黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophills, EOS)浸润水平与嗅觉障碍间的关系。方法 选择接受鼻内镜手术治疗的ECRS患者45例,术前行T&T嗅觉检查法嗅觉功能检测,术中取嗅区黏膜活检,HE染色,计数黏膜上皮下EOS,计算Spearman’s Rank 相关系数r结果 45例ECRS患者嗅觉功能评分为2.3±1.9,嗅区黏膜上皮下EOS计数为(253±102)/HP,Spearman’s Rank 相关系数r=0.68(P<0.01)。结论 ECRS患者嗅觉功能下降与嗅区黏膜EOS浸润存在明显相关性。

Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between olfactory dysfunction and eosinophila in eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods 45 patients with ECRS, 29 males and 16 females, age range 23 to 65 with average 33.7. Olfactory function was evaluated by T&T method, mucosal tissue specimens were collected at the time of surgery and eosinophil counts were used to identify histologic feature. Spearman’s rank correlation was assessed. Results The olfactory dysfunction was observed in ECRS patients with 2.3±1.9 and correlated with eosinophil counts (253±102)/HP with(r=0.68,P<0.01). Conclusions The olfactory dysfunction in ECRS is correlated with eosinophil counts in olfactory nasal mucosa.
