摘要

目的 研究光动力对智齿冠周炎的疗效。方法 211例智齿为近中、高位阻生的智齿冠周炎患者随机分为试验组(108例)、对照组(103例),试验组采用冠周冲洗加光动力治疗,对照组采用冠周冲洗加碘甘油治疗,3 d后评价疗效。结果 试验组中治疗有效98例,无效10例;对照组中治疗有效81例,无效22例。试验组治疗有效率(90.74%)高于对照组(78.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中盲袋深度介于2.5~4.0 mm治疗有效61例,无效2例;盲袋深度介于4.1~5.5 mm治疗有效37例,无效8例。盲袋深度介于2.5~4.0 mm治疗有效率(96.83%)高于介于4.1~5.5 mm(82.22%),差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 光动力治疗智齿冠周炎值得推广,智齿盲袋深度与光动力治疗的有效率呈负相关。

Abstract

Objective To valuate the effect of photodynamic on pericoronitis treatment. Methods As the study group, 108 patients ramdomly recruited from 211 cases of pericoronitis were given local rinse and photodynamic therapy, and the other patients as the control group were given local rinse and iodine glycerin therapy. On the third day, the curative effect were compared. Results In the study group,the therapy was effective in 98 patients and was ineffective in 10 patients. In the control group ,the therapy was effective in 81 patients and ineffective in 22 patients. The studygroup(90.74%) gained more notable effect than the contrast group(78.64%), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). In the study group, the therapy was effective in 61 patients and ineffective in 2 patients whose depths of pericoronal pockets were 2.5~4.0 mm.The therapy was effective in 37 patients and ineffective in 8 patients whose depths of pericoronal pockets were 4.1~5.5 mm, the efficacy in the former was higher than in the latter,with statistically signficant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Treatment ofpericoronitis with photodynamic deserves popularizing. The depth of pericoronal pockets and treatment efficacyare positively correlated.
