目的 评价清热解毒透疹方治疗麻疹临床疗效。方法 采取前瞻性、随机、对照、开放的方法，将90例麻疹患者随机分为对照组、中药治疗组、板蓝根治疗组，每组30例。对照组采用常规对症退热、止咳、保肝等治疗;中药治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予中药汤剂(1剂，2次/d，共5 d);板蓝根治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用板蓝根(5 g，3次/d)。观察各组患者临床疗效、并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果 中药治疗组的住院时间短于其他两组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，退热时间早于对照组(P<0.01)。在总热程方面，中药治疗组最短，但3组间差异无统计学意义。3组患者开始治疗1周后，对照组痊愈率为53.3%，有效率73.3%;中药治疗组痊愈率为78.6%，有效率96.4%;板蓝根治疗组痊愈率为65.5%，有效率86.2%。三组患者痊愈率和有效率(P=0.047)差异有统计学意义。结论 清热解毒透疹方治疗麻疹安全、有效，值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Qingrejiedutouzhenfang on treatment of measles. Methods Taking prospective, randomized, controlled, open approach, we divided patients into control group(group A,n=30), Qingrejiedutouzhenfang group(group B,n=30) and banlangen (isatis root) group(group C,n=30), and observed clinical effectiveness, complications and adverse reaction incidence. Results Hospitalization time in group B was shorter than that in other two groups(P<0.05). The heating time after treating of group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.01). The time of fever abatement in group B is shortest, but there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups. One week after treatment, cure rate and effective rate in group A were 53.3% and 73.3%, respectively; cure rate and effective rate in group B were 78.6% and 96.4%, respectively; cure rate and effective rate in group C were 65.5% and 86.2%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in cure rate and effective rate(P=0.047) among the three groups. Conclusions Qingrejiedutouzhenfang is effective and safe in treatment of measles, and worthy of clinical promotion.
