目的 了解武警部队三级医院临床药学发展现状,为医院药学专业建设提供参考意见。方法 采用电话咨询、问卷调查及实地到访的形式对全国33所武警部队三级医院临床药学工作开展情况进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 各医院在机构设置、人员配备、不良反应监测和药物信息咨询等方面开展比例分别为69.7%、84.8%、90.9%和84.8%,但在全职临床药师配备、专科会诊、药学查房、合理用药培训开展比例分别为:28.1%、18.2%、9.1%和12.1%。结论 加强人才队伍建设,完善政策法规指引和取消以药养医是促进临床药学发展的关键。

Objective To investigate the status quo of clinical pharmacy in tertiary hospitals of Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces in order to provide reference for the construction of pharmacy in hospitals. Methods The survey was conducted by means of telephone calls, questionnaires and visits in thirty-three tertiary hospitals of Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The rate of pharmacy establishment, staffing, adverse drug reactions monitoring and drug information consultation was 69.7%, 84.8%, 90.9% and 84.8%, respectively, while the rate of full-time clinical pharmacists, specialist consultation, pharmacy rounds and training of rational drug use was 28.1%, 18.2%, 9.1% and 12.1%, respectively. Conclusion The key to the development of clinical pharmacy is to strengthen the construction of talent teams, improve the guidelines and change the situation where hospitals subsidize their clinical services with sales of expensive drugs.
