患者,女,46岁。因发现左乳痛性肿块于2014-12-20入院。患者6 d前无明显诱因出现左乳外侧刺痛感,自我检查发现左乳有一蚕豆大小肿物,无红肿破溃,无乳头溢液。入院查体:左乳外上象限距乳头3 cm可及大小1.0×1.0 cm肿块,质韧,表面光滑,边界清,活动度可,无压痛,皮肤表面无发红及橘皮样变。B超显示左侧乳腺结节。临床诊断:乳腺肿物性质待查。患者在局部麻醉下行左乳肿物切除术,术中见肿物位于距乳头2 cm外上象限处,质地较硬,直径约2 cm,完整切除肿物及周围组织。
