耳郭及鼻面部感染临床并不少见,由于耳郭及鼻面部的解剖特点,一旦发生感染,往往迁延愈合,特别是耳郭感染发生化脓性耳郭软骨膜炎治疗起来尤为棘手,如长期迁延不愈,可破坏耳郭支架而致耳郭畸形[1]。我科自2009-08至2015-01采用持续负压吸引治愈耳郭及鼻面部伤口迁延不愈感染45例,效果良好。
