目的 观察中药“贝山白鼻炎方剂”治疗鼻炎的效果。方法 采用随机抽样调查300例急性鼻炎患者,分为两组,观察组150例,采用祖传经验方中药“贝山白鼻炎方剂”治疗;对照组150例,采用头孢丙烯分散片治疗。对比分析两组的治疗周期、治疗效果、用量,观察两组治疗前后证候疗效、临床症状改善情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率(96%)显著高于对照组(84%),观察组证候总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组证候疗效优于对照组,观察组疗效与对照组相当,但在治疗体验、治疗周期、治疗心理接受度、经济方面,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论 经验方纯中药“贝山白鼻炎方剂”治疗鼻炎疗效确切,有较高临床应用价值,暂无不良反应发生,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine “Beishanbai rhinitis prescription” in treatment of rhinitis. Methods 300 fatients with acute rhinitis were Randomly sampled, divided into two groups. 150 cases in the study group used traditional Chinese medicine, 150 cases as control group took cefprozil tablets. Syndromes and improvement of clinical symptoms were analyzed before and after treatment. Results In the study group, the total effective rate was significantly higher(96%) than that in control group with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusions The syndromes in the study group improved better than in the control group, but efficacy is not different. In other aspects, the study group is better than the control group. The curative effect of “Beishanbai rhinitis prescription” in the treatment of acute rhinitis is significant, worthy of clinical application.
