目的 观察应用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合梅花针、拔罐及半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹的效果及后遗神经痛的发生率。方法 将86例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组45例,予以龙胆泻肝汤加减内服,同时,联合梅花针、拔罐及半导体激光照射治疗;对照组41例,仅予以龙胆泻肝汤加减内服。10 d后进行疗效评定和对比。结果 治疗组治愈率97.78％,总有效率100％,后遗神经痛发生率6.7％;对照组治愈率51.22％,总有效率78.05％,后遗神经痛发生率36.59％。两者比较差异均有统计学意义 (χ²=25.20,P<0.01;χ²=8.81,P<0.01;χ²=11.60 ,P<0.01)。结论 龙胆泻肝汤加减联合梅花针、拔罐及半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹的疗效确切,并能有效预防后遗神经痛。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of decoction of gentian for purging liver fire combined with plum–blossom needle,cupping and semiconductor laser in study of herpes zoster, and the incidence of postherpes neuralgia.Methods Eighty-six patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups:the study group (45 patients)and the control group (41 patients). Gentiana for purging liver fire decoction combined with plum–blossom needle,cupping and semiconductor laser were given to the study group while the control group was treated with Gentiana for purging liver fire decoction. Ten days later,the therapeutic efficacy was analyzed after completion of the therapy.Results The curative rate was 97.78% in the study group and 51.22％ in the control group.The total effective rate was 100% in the study group and 78.05% in the control group. The occurrence rate of residual neuralgia was 6.7% in the study group and 36.59% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference in the curative rate and the total effective rate and the postherpes neuralgia occurrence rate between the two groups.The Results of statistics of the two groups were χ²=25.20,P<0.01 and χ²=8.81,P<0.01 and χ²=11.60 ,P<0.01,separately.Conclusions Gentiana for purging liver fire decoction combined with plum-blossom needle,cupping and semiconductor laser treatment is more effective than gentian for purging liver fire decoction alone in the treatment of herpes zoster,and can effectively prevent the postherpes neuralgia.
