目的 探讨腋下副乳吸脂辅助超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术的疗效。方法 回顾性分析接受手术治疗的 35例(70个副乳)的临床资料。通过5 mm的小切口，应用肿胀麻醉技术，用吸脂针去除副乳的脂肪组织，并联合超声引导下麦默通旋切术去除副乳的纤维腺体组织，观察长期疗效及美学评价结果。结果 35例手术成功，无并发症，术后无明显瘢痕，腋窝形态自然，美容效果优良。随访6～12个月，无复发。结论 副乳吸脂辅助麦默通旋切术是一种微创治疗手段，方法简单可行，疗效满意，术后局部美容效果佳，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of mammotome-assisted liposuction in treatment of accessory breasts. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 35 cases (70 accessory breasts) who underwent this surgical treatment.We used liposuction by tumescent anesthesia technique to remove the fat tissue,Mammotome system was guided by ultrasound to remove the fibrous glandular tissue through a 5mm incision.We observed the results of the evaluation of long-term efficacy and aesthetics. Results The operations were successful without complications,nor postoperative obvious scar, and had excellent cosmetic results.No recurrence was found during the follow-up of 6-12 months. Conclusions Mammotome-assisted liposuction is a minimally invasive treatment for accessory breast.This method is simple, feasible ,having cosmetic results and is easy to be clinically practiced.
