经皮内镜下胃空肠造瘘术的并发症分析

摘要

自Gauderer和Ponsky介绍了经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy， PEG)和经皮内镜下空肠造瘘术(percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy， PEJ)^[1]以来，此项技术已经成为不能经口进食患者的重要肠内营养支持途径。尽管PEG和PEJ术是一项微创技术，操作简单、安全、并发症少，但须接受此类手术的患者大多为高龄或基础疾病危重，认识与其相关的并发症仍然具有重要意义。笔者回顾性分析了近5年来113例行PEG或PEJ术后并发症的发生情况。
