目的 探讨胫后动脉皮支筋膜皮瓣修复足跟后部软组织缺损的可行性。方法 术前应用彩色超声多普勒探测标记胫后动脉皮支穿出部位，以该点为旋转点设计逆行胫后动脉皮支筋膜皮瓣修复足跟后部软组织缺损20例。结果 18例皮瓣全部成活，创面一期愈合。2例皮瓣远端坏死，经治疗创面愈合。18例获3～26个月随访，足跟后部皮瓣质地良好，不臃肿，耐磨性好。皮瓣供区无明显瘢痕增生。结论 逆行胫后动脉皮支筋膜皮瓣转移方便，质地良好，外形不臃肿，对供区影响小，是修复足跟后部软组织缺损的较为理想的方法之一。

Objective To introduce a fasciocutaneous flap based perforator of posterior tibial artery to repair soft tissue defects in heel.Methods Twenty patients with soft tissue defects in heel were repaired from January 2012 to 2015 with the fasciocutaneous flap based on perforator of posterior tibial artery,located and signed by CDFI before opration,then the fasciocutaneous flap designed based above perforator sign.Results Eighteen flaps were survived completely and the wounds healed by first intention.The flaps were not overstaffsd ,their shape,texture and color were similar to normal.Conclusions The fasciocutaneous flap based perforator of posterior tibial artery is an ideal flap to repair soft tissue defects in heel.
