人参果胶囊缓解小鼠体力疲劳的研究
Anti-fatigue effects of ginseng fruit capsules in mice
目的 探讨人参果胶囊是否有缓解体力疲劳的功效。方法 各剂量组小鼠按照胶囊内容物剂量21、42、126 mg/(kg·bw)(分别为低、中、高剂量组)灌胃30 d,对照组以等量无菌水灌胃。试验末,称小鼠体重,进行负重游泳试验,测定血清尿素、肝糖原及血乳酸。结果 高剂量组小鼠的负重游泳时间比对照组长[(2048±1096)s vs (730±520)s, P<0.05];高剂量组小鼠运动后血清尿素水平比对照组低[(6.33±1.15)mmol/L vs (7.57±0.97) mmol/L, P<0.05];高剂量组小鼠运动后血乳酸曲线下面积比对照组小。结论 该人参果胶囊对小鼠具有缓解体力疲劳的功效,本研究结果为其应用提供了科学的试验依据。
Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of ginseng fruit capsules in mice.Methods Mice were treated with the contents of the capsule at three doses 21, 42, 126 mg/(kg·bw) for 30 days and mice in the control group received an equivalent amount of sterile water. The anti-fatigue activity was evaluated by comparing the time of the exhaustive swimming, the levels of serum lactate and urea and the levels of hepatic glycogen.Results The exhaustive swimming time of the mice in 126 mg/(kg·bw) group was significantly longer than that of control group [(2048±1096)s vs (730±520)s,P<0.05]. The levels of serum urea [(6.33±1.15) mmol/L vs (7.57±0.97) mmol/L, P<0.05] and lactate were significantly decreased in 126 mg/(kg·bw) group, compared with control group.Conclusions In the experimental conditions, this ginseng fruit capsule can improve the tolerance of mice in fatigue campaign and has anti-fatigue function.
