目的 观察参茸益精片对高原脑水肿患者血清中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 高原脑水肿患者给予高压氧、降颅压、维持水电解质平衡、吸氧等基础治疗。随机分组:31例同时服用参茸益精片(观察组),30例不加用参茸益精片(对照组),两组治疗14 d后,通过ELISA及免疫荧光干式定量法测定各组患者血清中IL-1β、MMP-9、TNF-α含量水平。于治疗14 d后根据Glasgow评分进行临床疗效评定。结果 参茸益精片治疗前,两组血清中IL-1β、MMP-9、TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义,参茸益精片治疗14 d后,上述因子水平均显著降低 (P<0.01)。结论 参茸益精片可以降低高原脑水肿患者血清中IL-1β、MMP-9、TNF-α含量,可减轻缺氧损伤,提高临床疗效。
Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of Ginseng essence-nourishing tablets on the levels of IL-1β、TNF-α andMMP-9 in high altitude cerebral edema patients.Methods Sixty-one patients with high altitude cerebral edema were treated with hyperbaric oxygen, intracraninal pressure, water and electrolyte balance maintenance, and oxygen inhalation.They were randomly divided into the observation group (31 cases) that was given Ginseng essence nourishing tablets and the control group (30 cases) that was not given such tablets. Their levels of IL-1β、MMP-9 and TNF-α of were measured by ELISA and immunofluorescence in both groups after fourteen days of treatment. Meanwhile, MMSE and ADL of these patients were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and observation group(P>0.05) in the concentration of IL-1β、TNF-γ and MMP-9 before treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01),but after fourteen days of treatment, the levels of these factors were significantly reduced, especially in the observation group (P<0.01).Conclusions By reducing the concentration of IL-1β、TNF-α and MMP-9, Ginseng essence nourishing tablets can alleviate the brain damage of hypoxic ischemia and improve clinical effects.
