目的 观察祛瘀化痰通腑法治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法 将65例符合缺血性脑卒中恢复期诊断的患者按照随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组33例采用祛瘀化痰通腑方联合西药抗栓降脂治疗,对照组32 例采用西药抗栓降脂治疗,疗程3个月,通过治疗前后相关指标的比较,观察祛瘀化痰通腑方的临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗后观察组中医证候积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组总有效率为90.9%,对照组总有效率为65.6%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示观察组疗效优于对照组;(3)观察组在改善神经功能缺损(NIHSS)方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组在改善日常生活能力(ADL)方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);(5)血胆固醇、血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)检测均提示观察组较对照组指标下降方面有优势。结论 (1)祛瘀化痰通腑方能够改善脑卒中患者的中医症候评分,以及神经功能缺损情况,提高患者的生活质量及日常生活能力。(2)祛瘀化痰通腑方在改善患者血同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白、血胆固醇的指标方面有很好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of Quyu Huatan Tongfu therapy on ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty-five cases of patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke during the recovery stage were collected. According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group (33 cases)and control group.The observation group was treated with Quyu Huatan Tongfu decoction combined with antithrombotic lipid-lowering therapy of western medicine.The 32 patients in the control group received antithrombotic lipid-lowering therapy alone. The treatment lasted 3 months. The clinical curative effect of Quyu Huatan Tongfu therapy was observed by comparing the related indicators in both groups before and after treatment.Results (1)After treatment, the syndrome score was more significantly improved in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%, compared to 65.6% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P< 0.05. (3)After treatment, neurological function in the observation group improved more significantly than in the control group.(4)There was more improvement in activities of daily living (ADL) in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05)after treatment (5)Such laboratory test indexes as serum cholesterol, blood homocysteine (HCY), and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP) were better in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusions (1)Quyu Huatan Tongfu decoction can improve the TCM symptom score, neurological deficiency, quality of life and activities of daily living of stroke patients.It has good clinical efficacy.
