目的 评估血小板计数(platelet count,PC)、血小板平均体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)在年轻男性ST段抬高性心肌梗死(ST elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者中的预测作用。方法 回顾性分析了某院2015-01至2016-01收治的年轻男性STEMI患者(年龄≤45岁)42例(STEMI组),以及对照组无ACS年轻男性49例(对照组)。结果 STEMI组患者MPV明显高于对照组患者[(9.60±0.61)fl vs (9.32±0.50)fl,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)]。经多变量logistic分析发现,MPV升高是年轻男性STEMI患者独立预测因子 (P<0.01)。结论 MPV升高是年轻男性STEMI患者独立预测因子,尤其在心血管高风险中的预测。
Abstract
Objective To assess the predictive role of platelet count(PC) and mean platelet volume(MPV)in young male patients with STEMI(ST elevated myocardial infarcytion).Methods Medical data on 42 male STEMI patients under 45 years old (group A) and on another 49 patients under 45 without ACS(group B)treated in our hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 was retrospectively studied and compared.Results Patients in group A had a significantly higher mean MPV than those in group B[(9.60±0.61)(fl) vs (9.32±0.50)(fl),P=0.033].Multivariate analysis indicated that an increased MPV was an independent predictor of AMI in young male patients(P<0.001).Conclusions An incresed MPV is an independent predictive factor in young male STEMI patients.
