摘要

目的 研究微波治疗对子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染的清除效果。方法 采用随机对照研究,根据是否行微波治疗随机分为微波组和空白对照组,微波治疗组47例,空白对照组 118例,比较两组疗效。结果 微波组清除HPV时间中位数为194 d,范围72~532 d;空白对照组清除HPV时间中位数为284 d,范围119~777 d,微波组的清除时间短于空白对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 。微波组HPV清除44例,占93.6%,未清除3例,占6.4%。对照组HPV清除91例,占77.1%,未清除27例,占22.9%,微波治疗组的清除率高于空白对照组。两组清除率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 。结论 微波是治疗宫颈HPV亚临床感染安全有效的方式,它不但能增加清除率,同时能缩短清除时间。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of microwave therapy in clearing HPV infections.Methods One hundred and sixty-five cases of cervical HPV infections were enrolled in this study, who were assigned into treatment group( microwave therapy group; 47 cases), and control group(118 cases). The therapeutic effect on HPV infections was compared between the two groups.Results The median HPV clearance time of the microwave group was 194 days(ranging from 72 to 532 days), while that of the control group was 284 days (ranging from 119 to 777 days). HPV clearance rates of the microwave group and control group were 93.6%(44 cases ) and 77.1%(91 cases)respectively, so the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The microwave treatment is a safe and reliable approach to cervical HPV sub-clinical infections, which can not only increase the clearance rate, but also reduce the clearance time.
