目的 调查广西边远地区农村居民的心电图情况,为今后防治农村人群的心血管疾病提供科学数据。方法 2015-10至2017-03,利用武警部队移动方舱医院,对广西边远地区10个村镇的农村居民进行心电图检查。结果 1653名农村居民接受了检查,有575人(34.79%)检出异常心电图,其中ST-T改变、窦性心律失常和传导异常较常见。异常心电图的检出率随年龄增长呈增加趋势(P<0.01),并且在老年人中男性的检出率高于女性(P<0.05)。结论 异常心电图在广西农村居民中的检出率比较高,并且随年龄增长有增加趋势。
Abstract
Objective To find out about the electrocardiograms (ECGs)of rural residents in remote areas in Guangxi in order to provide data for prevention of cardiovascular diseases among rural residents in the future.Methods Betweem October 2015 and March 2017, residents of ten villages and towns in Guangxi were subjected to an ECG examination in a mobile module hospital of the Armed Police.Results A total of 1653 rural residents underwent the ECG examination, and 575 residents (34.79%) had abnormal ECGs, in which ST-T change, sinus arrhythmia and conduction abnormality were relatively common. The incidence of abnormal ECGs tended to increase with age (P<0.01), and was higher among male elders than among female ones (P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of abnormal ECGs is high in Guangxi rural residents and increases with age.
