目的 探讨连续护理应用于部队训练致软组织损伤的方法和效果。方法 选择2014-05至2017-05收治的60例因训练致软组织损伤的基层战士患者作为研究对象,按住院日期的单双数分为对照组和干预组,每组30例,对照组行常规护理,干预组行连续护理模式干预,使用SF-MPQ、EORTC QLQ-C30和SAS量表监测并比较两组患者疼痛转归、生命质量和心理状况。结果 与对照组比较,干预组VAS、PPI评分,生命质量统计和焦虑自评均在出院后1、3个月显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在住院过程中两组上述指标无统计学差异。结论 对训练导致的软组织损伤患者行连续护理干预,可在出院后明显促进疼痛的缓解,改善生命质量和心理状况。
Abstract
Objective To explore the applicability and effects of continuity of care among patients with soft tissue damaged by military training. Methods Sixty patients with soft tissue injuries treated in our hospital between May 2014 and May 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group enjoyed continuity of care. The pain prognosis, quality of life, and psychological status of the two groups of nursing were analyzed with SF-MPQ、EORTC QLQ-C30, and SAS tables. Results The scores of VAS and PPI, quality of life, and self-rating of anxiety were higher in the observation group than in the control group one month and 3 months after discharge (P<0.05), and no significant difference was observed during hospitalization (P>0.05). Conclusions Continuity of care that is given to patients with soft tissue damaged by military training can significantly relieve pain and improve quality of life and psychological status.
