目的 探讨出院计划对喉癌术后患者自我护理能力和出院后生命质量的影响。方法 对2016-01至2017-12我院收治并符合纳入标准的105例喉癌患者进行资料收集,均接受手术并符合出院标准,并按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=52,行常规护理及电话随访)与研究组(n=53,行出院计划模式),对比两组患者干预前后自我护理能力及生命质量的变化。结果 干预前,两组自护能力及生存质量评分对比均无统计学差异(P＞0.05);干预后,自护能力研究组与生存质量评分均有所提高,且上升幅度远大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),研究组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 出院计划对喉癌术后患者自我护理能力具有明显的提高作用,同时有助于改善患者出院后生命质量,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of discharge planning on self-care ability and life quality after laryngocarcinoma surgery. Methods The clinical data on 105 laryngocarcinoma patients treated between January 2016 and December 2017 in our hospital was obtained. After operation, all these patients conformed to the criteria of discharge from hospital and were randomly assigned to the control group (n=52) and research group (n=53). The control group received conventional nursing and telephone follow-up visits while the research group was subjected to discharge planning. Self-care ability and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention, the scores of self-care ability and life quality were not significantly different between the two groups (P＞0.05), but after intervention, such scores in the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05),so was the overall satisfaction rate in the research group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Discharge planning can remarkably improve patients’s self-care ability, life quality and nursing satisfaction. This approach should be made more accessible.
