摘要

目的 探讨人醛氧化酶(human aldehyde oxidase, hAOX)在肾癌组织中的表达及其与临床生物学行为的相关性。方法 运用免疫组织化学方法检测手术切除的86例肾癌及其癌旁肾组织病理标本中hAOX的表达,其中透明细胞癌64例,乳头状肾细胞癌18例,颗粒细胞癌4例;TNM分期标准界定Ⅰ期26例,Ⅱ期31例,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期29例;伴有淋巴结转移31例,无淋巴结转移55例。采用Prism 6.0统计软件分析hAOX与临床病理因素及5年生存率的关系。结果 86例肾癌标本中,免疫组化hAox的阳性表达率为23.25%,癌旁组织中hAox的阳性表达率达85.0%,明显高于肾癌组织中的表达。hAox的表达与肾癌患者的年龄、性别、组织类型及肿瘤直径均无关,但与淋巴结转移、TNM分期及Ki-67表达有明显相关性;在hAox(+)表达的患者中,其5年生存率明显高于hAox(-)表达的患者组;且hAox(+)表达的病例预后明显优于hAOX(-)表达的病例。结论 hAOX的表达与肾癌的发生、发展和转归有一定关系,对维持细胞正常生长具有重要作用,可为临床诊断、治疗及判断预后提供一定依据和方向。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of the aldehyde oxidase (human aldehyde oxidase, hAOX) in renal cell carcinoma and its correlations with clinical biological behavior.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of hAOX in 86 cases of renal carcinoma and normal renal histopathological specimens, including 64 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 18 cases of papillary renal cell carcinoma and 4 cases of granulosa cell carcinoma. TNM staging criteria defined 26 cases in stage Ⅰ, 31 cases in stage Ⅱ, and 29 cases in stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ. There were 31 cases with lymph node metastasis and 55 cases without lymph node metastasis. Prism 6.0 statistical software was used to analyze the relationships between hAOX and clinicopathological factors and 5-year survival rate.Results The positive expression rate of immunohistochemical hAox was 22.09% in 86 cases of renal carcinoma, compared to 85.0% in normal tissues, which was significantly higher than that in renal carcinoma tissues. The expression of hAox was independent of the age, gender, tissue type and tumor diameter of patients with renal cancer. However, it was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and ki-67 expression. The 5-year survival rate of patients with hAox (+) expression was significantly higher than that of patients with hAox (-) expression. Moreover, the prognosis of patients with hAox (+) expression was significantly better than that of patients with hAox (-) expression.Conclusion The expression of hAOX is correlated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of renal cancer, plays an important role in maintaining the normal growth of cells, and facilitates clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
