目的 探讨血液透析治疗过程中应用螺内酯对改善患者心血管功能的效果。方法 选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院2017-01至2018-01接收的慢性肾病患者98例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。两组均采取维持透析治疗的方法,在透析治疗期间,对照组给予口服安慰剂,观察组则给予口服螺内酯。观察两组患者治疗前后心血管功能变化情况以及相关并发症发生情况。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组患者心功能及血管功能相关指标均改善,同治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液透析期间观察组并发症发生率为4.08%,明显低于对照组的18.37%(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析治疗期间,给予患者口服螺内酯可以改善患者的心血管功能,降低透析治疗期间患者并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of spironolactone used in the process of hemodialysis on the cardiovascular function of patients.Methods Betweem January 2017 and January 2018, 98 cases of chronic kidney disease patients were admitted to our hospital, who were randomly divided into the observation group (n=49) and control group (n=49).Maintenance dialysis was adopted in both groups. During dialysis, the control group was given oral placebo, while the observation group was given oral spironolactone. Changes of cardiovascular function and related complications were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results Three months after treatment, the cardiac function and blood vessel function significantly improved in the observation group. There was statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment (P<0.05).The incidence of complications during hemodialysis was 4.08%, much lower than 18.37% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions In the course of hemodialysis, oral spironolactone can improve patients’ cardiovascular function and reduce complications.
