摘要

目的 分析接触型电烧伤患者入院早期心肌酶谱与常见临床因素的相关性。方法 选取武警特色医学中心2008-2018年收治的接触型电烧伤患者107例,将患者入院早期CK、CK-MB、LDH检测数值与患者致伤电压、年龄、入院时间、烧伤指数、烧伤部位数量进行二元变量相关分析。结果 患者CK与致伤电压、烧伤指数、烧伤部位数量呈正相关(r=0.400、0.614、0.465,P值均小于0.05),与年龄、入院时间无明显相关关系(r=-0.042、-0.146,P值均大于0.05);患者CK-MB与致伤电压、烧伤指数、烧伤部位数量呈正相关(r=0.348、0.578、0.510,P值均小于0.05),与年龄、入院时间无明显相关关系(r=-0.110、-0.071,P值均大于0.05);患者LDH与致伤电压、烧伤指数、烧伤部位数量呈正相关(r=0.395、0.575、0.471,P值均小于0.05),与年龄、入院时间无明显相关关系(r=-0.193、-0.255,P值均大于0.05)。结论 烧伤指数是影响接触型电烧伤患者入院早期CK、CK-MB、LDH更明显的因素,烧伤部位数量是影响接触型电烧伤患者入院早期CK-MB更明显的因素。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the correlations between myocardial enzymes and common clinical factors in patients with contact electric burn soon after admission.Methods One hundred and seven cases of contact electric burn patients admitted to Armed Police Medical Center between 2008 and 2018 were selected. The detection values of CK, CK-MB and LDH in the early days of admission were correlated with the injury voltage, age, admission time, burn indexes and the number of burn sites.Results CK was positively correlated with injury voltage, burn indexes and numbers of burn sites (r=0.400, 0.614, 0.465, P value was less than 0.05), but not with age and admission time (r=-0.042,-0.146, P value was greater than 0.05), so were CK-MB (r=0.348, 0.578, 0.510, P value was less than 0.05) and LDH (r=0.395, 0.575, 0.471, P value was less than 0.05).Conclusions The burn index is a more significant factor affecting the early detection of CK, CK-MB and LDH in patients with contact electrical burn. The number of burn sites is a more significant factor affecting the early detection of CK-MB in patients with contact electrical burn.
