目的 分析某院第二类口服精神药品的使用情况,为临床合理使用该类药品提供参考和依据。方法 采用回顾性研究方法对2018－2019年第二类口服精神药品的使用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、药品排序比(B/A)以及各主要科室分布进行统计和分析。结果 2018－2019年第二类精神药品的使用品种稳定,药品销售金额和构成比稳定增长。主要分布在脑系科、心血管科、消化科、精神科。艾司唑仑片、佐匹克隆胶囊、氯硝西泮片用量排名前三位,佐匹克隆胶囊、酒石酸唑吡坦片、艾司唑仑片销售金额及DDDs位于前三位。第二类精神药品的DDC基本保持稳定,盐酸曲马多胶囊DDC最大,艾司唑仑片DDC最小。佐匹克隆胶囊、劳拉西泮片、盐酸曲马多胶囊氯硝西泮片B/A接近于1,艾司唑仑片B/A最大,酒石酸唑吡坦片B/A最小。结论 该院第二类口服精神药品的使用基本合理。

Objective To analyze the way in which second category oral psychotropic drugs are used in a particular hospital.Methods Using the retrospective study method,the amounts of second category oral psychotropic drugs used and sold,defined daily doses (DDDs),daily drug cost (DDC),drug sequences ratio (B/A) and distribution between the main departments between 2018 and 2019 were analyzed.Results The variety of second category psychotropic drugs used between 2018 and 2019 was stable,and the amount of sales and constituent ratio increased stably.These drugs were mainly used by patients with cerebral,cardiovascular or psychiatric diseases.The top three drugs used were estazolam tablets,zopiclone capsules and clonazepam tablets..Estazolam tablets,zolpidem tartrate tablets and zopiclone capsules were the top three in terms of amounts of sales and DDDs.The DDC of the second category psychotropic drugs was basically stable,with tramadol hydrochloride capsules as the highest and estazolam as the lowest.The B/A of zopiclone capsules,lorazepam tablets and tramadol hydrochloride capsules was close to 1,with the B/A of estazolam tablets as the highest and that of zolpidem tartrate tablets as the lowest.Conclusions On the whole,second category oral psychotropic drugs are used rationally in this hospital.
