摘要

目的 测试杀蟑烟剂在野营旱厕蝇类防治中的应用效果。方法 采用杀蟑烟剂开展野营旱厕灭蝇效果测试,并与传统的菊酯类药物滞留喷洒方法进行效果比较。结果 烟剂熏杀后1 h、24 h蝇类密度平均下降率分别为100%和(46.0±21.3)%。滞留喷洒后1 h、24 h蝇类密度平均下降率分别为(79.6±8.4)%和(52.4±10.6)%。经统计分析,本次对比试验中杀蟑烟剂杀灭效果与滞留喷洒杀灭效果相近。结论 杀蟑烟剂具有小巧便携、操作简单、节约高效等优点,适用于野营旱厕蝇类防治,值得基层部队推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of the smoking insecticide against cockroach in the control of flies in camping dry toilets.Methods The smoking insecticide against cockroach was used to eliminate flies and compared with the traditional method of residual spraying of pyrethroid insecticides.Results The average decline rates of flies density at 1 h and 24 h after using smoking insecticide were respectively (100%±0.0%) and(46.0%±21.3%). The average decline rates of flies density at 1 h and 24 h after spraying of pyrethroid insecticides were respectively (79.6%±8.4% )and(52.4%±10.6%). Through statistical analysis, the killing effect of smoking agent is close to that of the traditional method.Conclusions The smoking agent has the advantages of small size, portability, simple operation, time and labor saving, and high efficiency. So it is suitable for fly control in camping dry toilets and worthy of promoting application by elementary troops.
