目的 建立一种可以同时测定参龙通络丸中两种成分(三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rf)含量的HPLC法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Hypersil Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(5 μm,4 mm×250 mm),乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长203 nm;柱温35 ℃,检测参龙通络丸中两种成分的含量。结果 三七皂苷R1样品量在0.198~9.535 μg范围(r=0.9993)、人参皂苷Rf的样品量在0.957~38.392 μg范围(r=0.9997)线性关系良好,两种成分的平均回收率分别为99.10%(RSD=1.57%,n=6)和98.76% (RSD=2.13%,n=6)。结论 本方法具有结果准确、可靠、重复性好的特点,可为参龙通络丸的质量标准制定提供科学依据。
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rf in Shenlong Tongluo pills.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used.Hypersil Hypersil BDS C18(5 μm,4 mm×250 mm) column was selected with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was set at 35 ℃.Results The linear ranges of Notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rf were 0.198-9.535 μg (r=0.9993) and 0.957-38.392 μg(r=0.9997) respectively.The average recoveries were 99.10%(RSD=1.57%,n=6) and 98.76%(RSD=2.13%,n=6)respectively.Conclusions This HPLC method was accurate,reliable and reproducible,which can contribute to formulating the quality standard of Shenlong Tongluo pills.
