目的 了解某部离退休老干部的生活质量现状及影响因素。方法 采用一般状况调查表、简易智能精神状态检查量表、生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)对480名老年住院患者进行调查。结果 64.6%～67.8%的离退休老干部生活质量四大领域得分＞50分,整体生活质量良好;生活质量各领域影响因素的分析结果显示,除慢病数量对生活质量各个领域均有影响之外(均P<0.05),年龄对躯体领域有影响(t=4.913,P<0.05);文化程度对心理领域有影响(t=2.463,P<0.05)。结论 在制定离退休老干部保健护理措施时应充分考虑到离退休老干部人群的特殊性,针对其生活质量现状及影响因素,从而更好地采取有效措施,以帮助他们维持健康,提高生活质量。
Abstract
Objective To find out about the quality of life and influencing factors among retired officers of Armed Police.Methods A survey of 480 elderly inpatients was carried out by means of the General Status Questionnaire,the Simple Intelligent Mental State Examination Scale,and the Comprehensive Quality of Life Rating Scale (GQOLI-74).Results 64.6 to 67.8 percent of these retired officers scored above 50 in the four major areas of quality of life,indicating a overall good quality of life.According to the analysis of all the factors affecting quality of life,chronic diseases affected each aspect of life quality of the elderly (P<0.05).Age had some effect on their physical health (t=4.913,P<0.05) while education levels had some influence on their mental state (t=2.463,P<0.05).Conclusions The formulation of health care measures for retired officers requires that their particularities be taken into consideration so as to take more effective measures to help them to stay healthy and improve their quality of life.
